What if we were to crowdsource the questionnaire, starting with a first draft and posting on the wiki for everyone to contribute?

Just added the PDF files of previous surveys. Now it's a matter of extracting the questions and building the new survey.

one question keeps coming up when I look for PR Courses in Portugal: in some cases I do not know if the course is focused on PR/strategic Communication or is in fact a very miscellaneous aggregation of communication sciences. Maybe we could include this question while profiling the courses?
